I am not sure if he is the best, or even a favorite among other people. Zaphod Beeblebrox is someone whom I really enjoyed when I watched Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. I like his mannerisms mostly, how he was a quirky character but still felt he could do anything he wanted. He tried to charm his way through life mainly because he was not a smart person at all. In the movie he was president of the galaxy. He wasn’t deserving of the title but still used it for to get things he wanted. I like that lemons were his source of power for his brain. He was doing everything for himself as a ruler and not caring for anyone else.
Jabba the Hut is the best sci-fi villain. He was disturbing to look at but you were afraid of basically a big blob. He is not the main villain is the Star Wars saga but he did play an important role. Although he did not match the pure evil of the Emperor or Darth Vader who could forget that he captured princess Lea in the bikini.
